I can't believe it's already the last week of school for my kiddos and the first day of Summer is next week! I'm making the best use of my time these last few days, hence getting my Newsletter out before school ends.. Being an mamapreneur is challenging when you run your own show AND it can be hard to turn work off! Buttttt... for the months of July + August, I don't schedule any classes or events on my work calendar because I go back to "full-time mom mode" with my boys 24/7! I'm so grateful I'm able to take this time with them before they get older and want to be with their friends more than me!
Yes, it is nice to "take the summer "semi" off"! But what I want you to hear in this message + be INSPIRED by.... is that I planned it that way (and there are limited daycare options in small towns, lol)! My business model, retirement from the military and additional revenue streams support this lifestyle I've created! And I encourage you to do the same! Life is too SHORT to work all the time and not spend time with the people we LOVE most + doing what we love most! I hope you can find some extra time this Summer to do more of what makes you HAPPY! I'll be busy chasing my sweet lil' boys around on our little piece of paradise on Lake Winnipesaukee, while also working on a few home decor projects (learn more about that below)!
